2015...time to get back on track!

New year, new me?  I certainly hope so.  I know that I need to make the commitment and stick with it.  Even if I take small steps, I need to take them and work on getting back to where I was a few years ago.  I know I can do it.  I don't like the way I feel now and I need to be the one to make the change.  It won't happen on it's own and it won't happen overnight.  I need to do it, and I need to keep reminding myself that I can do it.

Hopefully I'm on that right path.

My first step, first commitment, is this challenge:





















If I can stick with this, I believe it can only lead to better things.  I will feel more motivated.  I will want to keep going.  I will feel stronger and healthier and I will be headed in the right direction.

Now, if you know me, if we're Facebook friends or real world friends, I'm going to count on you to poke and prod me every once in a while.  Send me a message and ask me if I'm still focused, ask how it's going, remind me that I made this commitment and that I should update this blog once in a while.
